Using this site
This site describes Journey Lab's work and services. You are welcome to read it, share links to it and get in touch through it. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or get round its security, and no automated sign-ups or checks.
Our content
The design, words, images, films and code of this site belong to Journey Lab or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for your own use without asking us first.
Client work
The client work, names, logos and results shown here belong to our clients and are shown with their permission. Results describe what happened for that client; they are not a promise of the same result for anyone else. Partner badges and other trademarks belong to their owners.
The Turbulence check
The Turbulence check is a free tool. Its scores come from Google's PageSpeed Insights, measured once on a mobile setting, and can change from one check to the next. The report is for information only. It isn't a full audit or professional advice for your business. Only check sites you own or are allowed to test.
Air Mail
Air Mail is free. You can leave at any time, and we may change or stop it.
Working together
Any project we take on is governed by the written proposal and agreement we sign with you, not by this page. Nothing on this site is an offer to do work on particular terms.
No guarantees
We work to keep this site accurate and running, but we provide it as it is. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using this site, the Turbulence check or sites we link to, including loss of profits, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Links to other sites are there for your convenience. We are not responsible for what those sites contain.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in New Jersey. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
